Consults and coaches ' managers on different HR processes such as talent
management, organizational and cultural transformation, performance
management, compensation and benefits, labor law, employees' relations,
miscellaneous HR solutions. Drive implementation of HR strategy, HR Operating
Model, acts as compliance steward in HR related matters.

Responsibilities
* ### Understands Company strategy and business priorities and supports its implementation
* ### Partners with divisional and business leaders on all HR related matters
* ### Analyzes people related trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies to support organization strategy and improve employee experience
* ### Acts as a change agent for cultural transformation, building culture of diversity and inclusion
* ### Supports to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
* ### Maintains in-depth knowledge of labor law legal requirements & company SOPs
* ### Partners with the legal department as needed/required, provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
* ### Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
