What you'll be doing:
We are searching for Senior People Partner who will be part of our People,
Organisation and Culture Team. This role is located in Cairo,Egypt and has an
oversight responsibility for Morocco
Reporting to Head of People and Culture TMEA , the Snr People Partner
Commercial Markets should be a Strategic Partner, OD Change Agent ,Employee
Champion and an Administrative Expert working closely TMEA People Team and
Global People Function
Your ability to support the business in People related processes i.e.
management of Employee Life Cycle such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding,
Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement,
Labor Law, Admin & Reporting processes. Act as point of contact for Global
talent team and People Services, and support Egypt and Morocco Snr Management
teams in a multicultural environment
Key responsibilities:
* support Egypt and Morocco Teams and be a partner to the GM Commercial Markets
* Support People leaders in Egypt and Morocco in creation & execution of the People Strategies & Plans that attract, develop and retain employees to support the organizational short- and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage
* Ability to navigate a multicultural and global work environment is non-negotiable
* Multimarket People Management experience is an added advantage
* Work with business leaders to leverage engagement, define team and organizational resource and development needs to design and facilitate delivery of solutions
* Execute the talent acquisition process for assigned business accounts and lead orientation and the onboarding process
* Act as internal consultant for LinkedIn learning and point of contact for Global talent team
* Cascade Global Talent and Learning Agenda in Turkey and TMEA when necessary
* Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development
* Executing performance improvement process and work with Legal to issue Labor Law related processes
* Coordinate internal communication processes, in collaboration with the Comms Team
* Provide consultancy and support to the respective business account managers regarding HR systems, processes and policies, promote the use of the HR tools
* Act as an People consultant for employees
* Executing daily and periodically HR Admin & Reporting activities and supporting TMEA and nominated to support projects.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret data to formulate and execute relevant people related strategies
We'd love you to have:
* Bachelor's degree preferably from HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments,
* Min. 5 years of experience in Managing Human Resources processes, experience in recruitment, training & development, business partnership is a must
* Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
* Open minded, creative and eager for self-development
* Effective communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management
* Problem solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment
* Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent process management
* Workday knowledge is an added advantage
