Danfoss Egypt LLC Is looking for an ambitious, energetic, and enthusiastic
professional to join its team in Egypt, to handle responsibilities and tasks
related to Administration, HR and marketing activities.
The candidate is to be based in Cairo, Egypt, and willing to embark on a self-
development journey in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the
following.
* Ensuring a smooth day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to taking incoming calls, attending to visitors, and directing these to the concerned parties
* Address and follow up office maintenance issues
* Managing all relevant tasks related to regular staff meetings.
* Ensuring compliance to Danfoss' policy and standards.
* Ordering stationery and managing logistics for giveaways and office assets.
* Maintaining and safekeeping office and employee documents.
* Follow up on social activities related to local special occasions and celebrations
* Handle correspondence received through the Danfoss Egypt website, and handling and routing opportunity leads.
* Manage Danfoss Egypt social channels.
* Coordinate between teams and follow-up logistics issues.
* Liaison with Danfoss IT on relevant issues.
* Follow up on ad-hoc issues and tasks.
* Keep record of employee vacations, public holidays, and sick leave, and reporting these to Human Resources.
* Helping sales professionals with coordinating marketing events, including exhibitions, trade shows, presentations, etc., with full coordination with the regional Marketing team.
The ideal candidate possesses these skills, characteristics and qualities.
* At least 5 years' experience in an administrative role
* Good interpersonal and time management skills
* Possessing advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is a must; any additional language skill would be an advantag
* Reliability and discretion: the role entails handling of confidential and sensitive information and data
