Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Commercial Director Janssen- Egypt
located in Cairo, Egypt.


Role Summary:


The Commercial Director of Janssen - Egypt is an LT member who is responsible
for driving commercial strategy of Sales & Marketing in Egypt. They will
manage the Business Unit Managers (BUMs) as direct reports to entirely lead
the sales & marketing teams & organization in Egypt within the scope of JENA.
Their main responsibility is to ensure commercial success of Janssen as per
the identified KPIs in line of the Cluster, Regional & Global Janssen
priorities. This is through leading short and long-term plans and realize
competitive & compliant access-driven growth with collaboration with the rest
of strategic teams of Medical Affairs, Market Access & others


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Lead a comprehensive Commercial Strategy for Janssen's diverse Portfolio across different TAs/ BUs in line with with Janssen's EM/ EMEA/ Global business priorities and growth opportunities

  • Ensure the synergy with MA and MAF, Finance, Customer Excellence, Supply Chain & Value Chain to drive collective business goals

  • Have full P&L accountability for the brands/ business units / country & to develop scenarios for business and P&L given the resources and changes that may take place in the market.

  • Lead the Business Units teams/ Organization to design & implement successful short & long-term plans

  • Ensure the execution plans for set strategy across all Business Units. This is through driving high quality business planning process ensuring competitive, ambitious & well-crafted business plans as per priority & impact

  • Ensure full adherence & compliance of commercial operations with J&J standards & local law regulations

  • Provide the appropriate coaching to the team & to the coaches of the coaches to ensure teams impact & development while filling the talents pipeline for the future roles

  • Act proactively on capability building within the scope of the commercial teams/ organization to drive the current performance & in anticipation for the future outlook. This includes best rollout for the talents' development plans & robust succession planning

  • Continuously foster innovation by leading the Business Units Organization towards building high performance teams to ensure solid planning & flawless execution with commitment & competitiveness

  • Develop & rollout effective & efficient marketing strategies & plans & sales tactics & execution metrics along with closely following up the pre- defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Play an active role in KOLs/ KDMs engagement to leverage the partnership, ensure the market proximity & gather meaningful insights helping to take the right decisions for the best of the patients & business

  • Lead the Business Unit teams/ Organization for competitive success & flawless execution with excellence of commercial operations & drive optimal CRM deployment for customer focus

  • Collaborate with Leadership Team to drive a winning culture with a growth mindset

  • Focus on diversified growth & catch the quick wins & opportunities

  • Lead the interface between the country/ cluster commercial domain & the Regional & Global counterparties to ensure the proper alignment & conversation as per the corporate direction

  • Own the pre- launch plans for the upcoming launches within the scope of the country to ensure the organizational preparedness & market readiness

  • Create & Champion Credo based culture including DEI emphasis to fully unleash the potential of the assigned teams/ functions with relentless focus on our purpose of leaving no patients behind

Qualifications
* Education: Relevant University degree in life sciences, A post graduate university degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Health- economics, Digital & other relevant fields is advantageous.
* Experience: Above ‎12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within commercial functions in MNCs including people management & leadership roles with a solid track record of achievements & accomplishments
* Solid Experience with track record of success in launches in specialty care, portfolio transformation & public access
* Solid Experience of managing sizeable teams of sales & marketing people
* Mix of local, regional, global & different markets experiences are asset
* Board membership experience is essential
* Language: Fluent in both English & Arabic
