Job Purpose: dnata Travel Group, represents the travel division of dnata, one
of the world's largest air and travel services providers. Consisting of more
than ‎20 leading international travel brands, we are proud to serve our global
customer base as a leading, award-winning travel services provider. As a
Partnership Manager, you will be responsible to develop the overall
partnership strategy and manage the development and execution of all
campaigns, promotions,B2C/B2B, and media activity across the business to
support the delivery of increased income from partnerships, and drive relevant
marketing activities more efficiently. The expectation from this role will be
Partnership Brand Management of the multiple Hospitality brands represented by
dnata Representations Services (Land). The function will require strong
Partner marketing liaison acumen to deliver the requirements from every brand
across different business channels. In this role, you will: - Create and lead
a planning cycle to produce annual partnership activity plans aligned with all
campaigns across all businesses/brands. - Develop the evaluation methods for
all promotions & partnerships activities and working with the Marketing team
to optimise activities and partner approach based on results to maximise
effectiveness. - Ensure appropriate resources and toolkits are in place to
engage with partners, contract and execute plans effectively. - Identify funds
available from partners and develop a plan for effective utilisation of funds.
- Liaise with the product team and develop a close working relationship with
each of the key suppliers to maximise income potential. - Liaise with legal to
ensure all activity terms and conditions are within the current guidelines. -
Develop relationships with external parties to drive new campaigns to achieve
the overall brand strategies. - Strive to achieve brand objectives whilst
working as part of a team. - Deliver marketing and partnership income across
the dnata Travel Group brands, partners and or businesses. - Act as conduit
between the business and its partners to devise and execute a project plan for
retention of existing income from partners and to obtain and deliver new
income into the business. - Identify and develop new initiatives and business
opportunities to deliver incremental revenue streams to the business and work
with the marketing team to understand how partnerships/media sales can make
marketing activities more effective. - Manage all aspects of client invoicing
and payments and supplier results packs. - Manage the development of all
activity through the marketing team and ensure excellence and effectiveness of
execution.
Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for the role, you must meet the
below requirements: - Degree or honours or honours (‎12 + ‎3 or equivalent). -
Experience of media or partner sales and execution into campaigns. - Strong
project management skills. - Commercial acumen with proven experience of
generating incremental business. - An understanding of all marketing channels
and measurement of success with a particular focus on digital. - Flexibility
to work outside of current remit. - Experienced user of MS office, power
point, word & access. - Ability to organise and prioritise workload in a
deadline driven environment. - Strong influencing and negotiating skills. -
Strong commercial understanding. - Challenging, analytical and numerate. -
