Job Purpose: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Travel
Integration Manager to join our business and look after the planning,
management and successful delivery of the onboarding of corporate travel
clients in line with project management practices, standards and processes of
the organization. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that all
projects and client implementations meet the business units requirements,
contractual obligations and achieve tangible benefits within agreed
timescales, scope and budget. In addition to this, the Corporate Travel
Integration Manager will lead and manage a team of motivated and engaged
client implementation specialists. Key Responsibilities Plan - Develop and
implement appropriate tracking mechanisms to measure status, risk, resources
and financials for each implementation project. Accountable for collating and
presenting this information to stakeholders. Achieve continual improvement in
the successful delivery of client implementations. - Participates in preparing
revenue budgets to meet planned growth requirements. Monitors costs and
revenues to ensure that these are in accordance with budgets Deploy -
Accountable for the technological and finance set-up of our internal systems
and incoming client systems in accordance with contractually agreed terms and
scope of services - Responsible for arranging suitable forums with internal
and external stakeholders to ensure roles, responsibilities and timelines of
implementations are documented and agreed upon with all stakeholders, this
includes providing an overview of dTM and our capabilities to external
stakeholders where required - Support Sales and Business Development teams
both in DXB and the regions with regards to RFP responses, tenders and
presentations where required. - Support the onboarding of global partner new
wins including, but not limited to contracting, form of payment set-up,
salesforce set-up and profitability analysis for RFP and new wins Lead -
Accountable for the delivery of implementation projects by leading and
supporting a number of complex and cross-functional teams. This includes
defining project scope with the business, analysing business requirements, up-
skilling and mentoring resources and ensuring client onboarding within agreed
timescale and budget. - Monitor and analyse implementation trends to identify
strengths and weaknesses in implementation processes and take necessary
corrective actions to ensure delivery of services and activities will address
any gaps / weaknesses of implementation and onboarding processes. - Ensure
that relevant training and support is provided to users on new systems and
processes as part of the client onboarding process, - Coordinate between the
clients, suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure all required
inventory (i.e airline/hotel deals) are loaded and tested successfully.
Execute - Collaborate with global partners and CGM team to gather
process/client specific data and define the process for the Operations team,
implementing various client specific technology and deploying any necessary
changes within dnata - Provide profile related support, create templates,
corporate profiles and automate data related requirements using GDS profiles.
- Develop and maintain strong mutually beneficial, working relationships with
both internal and external stakeholders. - Actively support and attend
internal and external events and training opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience: Experience - At least ‎7 years of experience
working within the Travel industry or in Commercial & Sales - Experience in
project management role with at least ‎3 years as a leader - Experience working
in a project management environment of a reputable organisation, with
experience in programme/ project and change management of complex medium to
large projects Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (‎12+‎3) in Business
Management, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality or a related discipline
Knowledge/Skills - Strong knowledge of the global travel industry, including
competitor activity - Strong knowledge of travel related systems, data
requirements and reporting standards - Strong analytical, numerical and
problem-solving skills - Strong negotiation skills - Strong knowledge of
business improvement processes
