Tasks
* During the 2 year program you will be trained on the below mentioned tasks:
* Represent customer to ensure that orders are properly sourced, executed and delivered
* Ensuring order management of all customer orders and close loop process of processing all customer service requests
* Managing the schedule of the Service Engineers for customer visits
* Representing our customers throughout the quotation and order fulfilment process including creating quotations, order placement, customer service, logistics and shipping
* Manufacturing and fulfilment of quotes and orders to customers including order management and processing while maximizing quality assurance, cost effectiveness and profitability
* Ensure all customers' orders are properly sourced, fulfilled, and shipped in time and without issue
* Keeping CRM system up to date
Required qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma
* 0-1 years of working experience in the similar industry
* Fluent communication skill in English and Arabic language

* Inter-cultural sensitivity and ability to communicate, collaborate and work across cultures and borders in an international work environment
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Good communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company
* Innovative thinking
* Good customer service skills, with an eagerness to achieve and willingness to go the extra mile ensuring the work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
