Customer Service and Logistics Trainee

orders. As a Trainee in Customer Service and Logistics, you will play a vital
role in expediting orders, preparing shipping documents, coordinating with
customers and agents, handling invoices and LC/CAD documents, and ensuring
efficient logistics operations.
As a Trainee in Customer Service & Logistics, your day-to-day activities will
include:
* Order expediting/follow-up with factories: You will closely monitor the progress of orders, communicate with factories to ensure timely production, and provide updates to customers and agents.
* Preparation of draft shipping documents: You will be responsible for preparing accurate shipping documents and communicating order readiness to customers, as well as providing shipping instructions to the factory.
* Forwarding invoices and supporting documents: You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely submission of invoices along with the necessary supporting documents.
* Handling Letter of Credit/Cash Against Documents: You will manage LC/CAD documents, ensuring their completeness and submitting them to the bank in a timely manner.
* Updating the Shipment log file: You will maintain and update the manual Shipment log file, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of shipments.
* Handling Order Status Discrepancy Report: You will address OSDRs related to material shortages or discrepancies, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
* You will be responsible for ensuring that packed orders are promptly shipped within one week's time, in adherence to our commitment to timely delivery.
* You will work to ensure that orders are delivered to customers on time, fostering customer satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications:
* MBA/Master's degree/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
