which will save us from huge losses as we suffered before like Landmark ,

we have already lost and we are doing credit notes daily cause of PPM
certificate lost monthly not less than 100K losses in our contracts plus
having lots of cancelation cause of the AR issue as documents is lost.
B- Following the orders with logistics team.
C- Updating the weekly service results reporting, gathering the completion and
booking certificate scanning and uploading on the system on a daily basis.
D- Working on the SMS as all service work now should be done on the SMS such
as booking T,Con,Rec ....ext.
E- Supporting the Service field by creating PR on the JD on their behalf
saving their time (on the minor items).
