Customer Service Coordinator role provides an End to End order processing
management to Viatris Egypt DC with alignment to company & governmental
policies and procedures. Control order management process through SAP system.
Receive all orders from customers and sales team, and then submit on SAP
system for invoice generating according to PQS and SOP's.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Receive orders from customers in a shape of Fax, mail or original hard copy PO.
* Validating and verifying the order (date / quantities / products / and make sure it hasn't been processed before).
* Filing for all orders in hard copy form in sequence according to their serial on system.
* Review tender prices for government hospitals and government entities while placing the order on system.
* Review all processed orders by another colleague before release (of order entry section head) then stamp as reviewed.
* Keep unprocessed supply orders in a special file (For Pending Orders) which were not available on hand so it could be processed when the products became available.
* Generating a copy of the order and to be handled to Warehouse keepers while pick / pack process together with the invoice.
* Adding the Free Good Bonus to the orders by assistance from credit control division.
* Follow-up all orders with sales operation division to make sure the dates of delivery and delivery destination are met.
* Control the documentation and reporting management process.
* Prepare sales order report on daily basis.
* Response all inquiries from customers and sales representatives and work on solving all issues.
* Provide management with a periodic report show the performance of customer service, notification to management and KPI's.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in Logistics functions.
* Fluency in English required, Bilingual is a plus.
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is a must.
