KONE is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Project Administrator to
join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He/She will ensure that the Sales-to-
Operations handover has been performed according to the frontline policy,
verifies completeness and quality of order information and books agreed jobs
and contracts to KONE system so they are considered as Order Received.
What will you do?
* Accountable for correct and timely booking of received orders.
* Verify that Sales-to-Operations handover has been performed as defined in the policies prior to booking the order, including needed pre-booking reviews.
* Validate the project categorization.
* Ensure that other order booking absolutes have been met and quality of required deliverables is adequate for order booking.
* Complete the order with relevant additional details and update order data on SAP.
* Triggers specific contract requirements for bank guarantees.
* Responsible for the correct configuration of the agreed billing plans under agreed conditions.
* Verify planned installation hours, as well as correct and realistic high-level scheduling.
* Perform Order Booking tasks and provide Order Booking information to operations.
Are You the one?
* Bachelor's degree Holder.
* 2-4 years of experience with deep knowledge of contractual order administration.
* Financial background would be an advantage.
* Experience on SAP & MS Office is a must.
* Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
* Excellent communicator organized and excellent follow up skills.
* This role is only open for Saudi nationals.
