Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Administrator to join
our team! In this role you will get to provide high-level support for one of
the largest mega-city programs in Riyadh!
What You'll Be Doing:
* Gathering statistics and general data for reporting
* Reviewing time reports to verify accuracy of hours worked and any job changes
* Maintaining the employee directory
* Managing all correspondence and reports
* Maintaining all records of equipment and service dates
* Compiling data for completion of the unit's overhead budget and prepare associated reports
* Providing general high-level administrative support for the project
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
* Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar diploma
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
