of tractor owners/operators with regard to Federal, State, Local and
Hudd regulations. Ensures compliance with all regulations; maintains
effective means of communication; conducts training, inspections and
audits as required.
* Manage all Transportation Ops Function including Delivery performance, OTD By region
* Manage all KPI's as Customer SLA's for all business by region wise
* Manage all TMS Transactions ( Transportation management system ) for all business by Region
* Manage POD's management ( availability & accuracy ) for all business with clear sequence daily tracking by Region
* Achieve all QA Requirement within delivery including Temperature commodity, Damage, Shortage, Safety regulations
* Cost efficiency : By Manage Truck utilization for Dedicated trucks & driver performance
* Manage Outbound SOP & Ensure follow SOP's from all Transportation activity for all regions
* Manage Refusal Process by Coordinate with client customer service
