Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
* Supervise and prepare schedules for shop floor.
* Develop and prepare daily reports detrimental to daily business (Capacity-Demand report, catch up plan, Expediting Cell data maintenance and development).
* Communicate with production and OST regarding critical order statuses.
* Close follow ups with internal departments for timely completion of products and services.
* Head and lead projects as assigned by Department Manager.
* Conduct RCA for relevant NCR's.
* Set and manage department KPI's.
* Prepare Management Review Meeting presentations.
* Manage and train peers in the team.
* Providing lead time quote to MFG customers.
* Updating and monitoring IAR, LWO, Kronos for timekeeping, providing backlog report to managers.
* Lead and participate in daily production meetings.
* Release orders as per local planning procedures.
* Ensure PDD is aligned with the delivery schedule of raw material, subcomponents, and manufacturing cycle time.
* Follow all company QHSE policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree (preferably in supply chain).
* Excellent MS office skills, primarily Excel and Access.
* Min 6 years of experience in supply chain and planning role.
