We provide onsite services by measuring, testing, and supervising the running
of fluid mixing and pumping, including technical analysis and specific product
and practical recommendations for controlling fluid properties. We also
provide effective customer service by providing rig-site customers and
coordinators information regarding the progress of a rig site and
create/implement solutions to rig site problems.
Deliver a flawless service to our customers
You will participate in the delivery of Fluids Environmental Services (FES),
assist in the mobilization, operation and demobilization of dryers,
centrifuges, vacuums, screw conveyors, and pumps. Take a lead role in Solids
Control, Audits, screen management. Assist with troubleshooting equipment
problems, daily reporting, on the job maintenance, and ordering of equipment
and supplies.
As a Filtration Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Supervise Field Service Operators during service delivery.
* Participate to training and/or mentoring of employees.
* Attends all required safety meetings and conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
* Handles special projects as assigned.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Hold a technical diploma in a related field or higher.
* Minimum of ‎6 years' experience in Solids Control, DWM & Filtration Operations
* Comprehensive knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry and Drilling, Completion and Fluids (DCF) product line.
* A good overall understanding of the Drilling Process both offshore and onshore.
* Expert Mechanical aptitude.
* Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Rig Shakers & Centrifuge Operations, be proficient in hi-pressure pumping and completion fluids.
* Hold a full driving license and be capable of driving in Saudi Arabia.
