Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently looking for a Project Support Specialist to work on our
Offshore Maintain Potential Program (OMPP) in Al - Khobar, Saudi Arabia
OMPP is a multi - year, multi program venture covering both greenfield and
brownfield offshore projects here in Saudi Arabia. The scope of this program
includes Engineering & Design, Procurement and Construction Management support
*
Provide day-to-day support on various projects in areas of contract
administration, project performance and financial status updates
* Communication with partners and donors, Review project deliverables (budgets, reports, products, guidelines, policies, procedures etc) to ensure quality and compliance with the agreed upon terms and update Director Program accordingly and other project management functions
Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, management, or equivalent qualification
* Experience in engineering and project management environment with expertise in management information systems
* Possess a good understanding of project Document Control System requirements
* Ability to work well on their own or within a team
* Good communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
