Your responsibilities

• Customer Response :Receives inquiries from customers, processes orders, and assists with the resolution of customer issues, including resolution with after-sales service and spare parts teams. Coordinates technical assistance as necessary.


• Order Processing :Processes orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, systems, or service


• Data Analysis :Prepares and analyzes monthly demand forecasts using available tools and collecting information from sales team(s).


• KPI :Tracks monthly KPI performance and provides results to management.


• Administration :Ensures efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system.


• Invoice :Invoices orders according to order and delivery conditions.


• Export Documentation:Collects all documentation needed to comply with local regulations and creates the documentation for the credit and debit notes. Assists with the pick-up and delivery of products to foreign customers.


• Archive :Maintains the Offers - Orders - Invoices Archive. Archives all documentation related to the transportation and delivery to the customer in line with local regulations.


• Export Documentation:Collects all documentation needed to comply with local regulations and creates the documentation for the credit and debit notes. Assists with the pick-up and delivery of products to foreign customers.


• Planning :Ensures timely and cost-effective planning of on-site technicians in accordance with contractual agreements or single service requests. Prepares all material needed for on-site activities and ensures its arrival to site per the approved schedule.

Your background

• Ideally, you'll hold a Diploma or College graduate.


• with ‎3 to ‎5 years of relevant Marine business environment


• Fluent in Arabic and English is required.
