Job Description & Specification:
we are looking for experienced area managers in Saudi market with professional
experience in retail and also currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
Job location: Riyadh, Madinah, Dammam, Hail, Southern (subject to transfer to
any other area)
Job Duties and responsibilities:
* Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail stores to ensure they meet set objectives.
* Provide training and guidance to retail stores team to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
* Ensure stores compliance with company policies and procedures and other regulations.
* Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Visits retail stores to ensure efficient and effective store management as well as high performance sales.
* Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail store.
* Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve sales targets.
* Propose expenses budget for retail stores under his area and monitoring store expenses.
* Monitor customer service reports and listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues and guide the staff to ensure satisfied clientele.
* Monitoring display and merchandising of goods in retail stores.
* Provide reports on market insights, customer needs, competitions and etc.
* Ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail stores.
* Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of a retail store.
Qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor degree.
* 7-10 years of experience in retail section and 3 years at least as Area Manager (fragrance and beauty is preferred).
* Previous experience in luxury retail
* Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.
* Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* User of MS office.
* Good command in English and Arabic language
