Position Overview


Based at BanoPuratos UAE, in order to further strengthen our sales team, we
are currently seeking an:


Area Sales Manager
United Arab Emirates


The ideal candidate will be responsible to proactively manage a business
comprised of artisan, Machineries, large accounts, and customer service.
Responsible to ensure excellent service delivery leading to customer
satisfaction and retention.


Key* *Accountabilities



  • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth for total sales.

  • Maintain full understanding of the customers' end user markets, their important customers, and their main competitors.

  • Establish and strengthen customer relationships with decision makers across functions and regions.

  • Provide sales forecast for different products to avoid expired products within the warehouse.

  • Investigate, track and resolve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions.

  • Overlook and closely manage Sales Supervisors to establish strong customer relationships and assist them growing customer's business by using company's solutions and products.

  • Conducts sales presentation, writes up sales proposals and negotiates with customers' key executive to win significant sales orders.

  • Planning, managing and measuring work abilities.

  • Conduct daily market visits and provide a weekly detailed visit report to your line manager.

  • Keep strong communication lines open with management.

  • Responsible to prepare annual sales and expenses budgets.

  • Retain and grow your assigned business up to overachieving selling targets.

  • Guide the Sales Supervisor into managing and developing a solid and efficient sales team.

  • Monitor sales activities of Key Account Executive(s) and continuously monitor performance against sales target to identify deviations from plan and if necessary, take timely corrective actions in order to ensure the realisation of agreed sales objectives.

  • Guide the Demonstrator Chef/s as a sales and marketing tool.

  • Responsible for your team's payments collection sin accordance with company policies and follow up the necessary to reconcile and recover payment variances.

  • Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activity, and requirements for the development of new and existing products.

  • Lead, develop, motivate, and manage a team of members to ensure that Sales, Collections and Gross Margin targets are met.

  • Promote safe and health working environment within the company.


Who are we looking for?
* Degree/Master in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
* Minimum of ‎10 years of sales experience in related field.
* Computer literate.
* Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
* Ability to develop and supervise the sales cycle.
* Ability to conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis
* Ability to apply selling techniques in order to achieve desired results
* Implementation of planning skills that turn sales plans into reality
