What You Can Expect

To achieve the total sales and individual product budget targets in the region
for specified segments and accounts. Represent the company professionally at
the highest level. Responsible for managing assigned segmental sales ensuring
market penetration in the individual segment and field implementation through
sales initiatives in distributor market. To reach regional sales and raise
Company revenue targets. To maintain and increase profitability by adhering on
the company's price policies.


How You Create Impact


  • Sell exclusively within the defined scope of products and regional accounts

  • Develop relationships with all distributors in the region

  • Define and follow up on key accounts in line with market segmentation strategy to maximize growth revenue.

  • Cross sell and collaborate Cross functionally with Marketing, QARA, Operations to increase product penetration in key defined accounts

  • Adhere to regional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Force

  • To take the time to have the necessary knowledge about the products of Zimmer and competitors in order to be productive

  • Analyze and assess customers and territory sales trends and submit annual territory sales plan.

  • Actively liaise with distributors to define demand for assigned segments and accounts

  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure
    satisfaction with products and services offered.

  • Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers to increase market share.

  • Launch and/or collaborate with special projects


What Will Make You Stand Out


  • Bachelor's degree in Science; Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Min. ‎3 years of experience as a sales professional in a medical sector or similar. Experience in sales of medical devices and in orthopedic will be appreciated.

  • Experience in Sports Medicine

  • Experience in Public Sector and Key Account Management in Gulf

  • Experience in Market Development

  • English - Advanced level
