As Learning & Development Officer, we rely on you to:
Assist in managing the hotel’s training activities to promote the desired work
culture
Be involved in developing and conducting training courses as well as
facilitate training workshops based on operational requirements
Prepare, maintain and update reports, training materials and presentations
Coordinate all L&D; functions and assist with HR related activities and daily
operation to ensure high staff morale
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent knowledge of MS Office and adept with the current digital
platforms
Has excellent communication and presentation skills
Always thinks outside of the box
Enjoys being creative
Has good organisational skills
