Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) by interviewing and filling out
questionnaires, reviewing, and making program designs based on the results of
the TNA.
Make policies related to training programs and socialize training programs.
Develop materials, create syllabus, confirm training materials with related
users, create training schedules and create training timelines.
Reviewing and developing mandatory in-class training modules.
Review and confirm training modules and post-test materials to users.
Analyzing e-learning materials, conducting Group Discussions with related
users, developing and uploading materials and post-test materials to the
Learning Management System (LMS).
Create editorial plans for social media content, create content, and upload
to social media.
Minimum 1 - 2 years served as Learning Development Officer or related to
training.
Instructional Design & Instructional Media Development
Have good communication and presentation skills
