Position Summary:
The Quality, Learning & Development Intern represents the Mandarin Oriental
culture, complies with the hotel L&D standards, and is instrumental to
actively foster a positive learning environment. It plays an essential role in
driving service excellence, while also actively supporting the development of
our colleagues through effective learning and development initiatives.
This position will be responsible for coordinating various quality control
activities and assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of
training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality Assurance:
* Demonstrate knowledge and competence to use relevant Quality Assurance tools
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to quality metrics and learning outcomes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain documentation related to quality standards and compliance.
