Job Description
* Assist the development team in day to day tasks and specific activities in the development process of potential projects
* Support the team in preparing presentations and documents for potential projects and internal meetings
* Collate, update and analyse market information and trends
* Help in the preparation of internal validation documents
* Supports in the preparation of business plans and financial analysis of potential projects
Qualifications
* Team player
* Open-minded and problem solving mind-set
* Creative approach to tasks
* Strong interest in hotel finance, strategy and development
* GPA above 3.5
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Excellent writing and presentation skills
* Above average command of the English language
