Career Opportunities: Senior Supervisor, RAC Spot Sales (12428)

Job Summary :
Supervise short-term rental car sales in the local market; achieve sales
targets and revenue per location as per plan and customer satisfaction index.

Responsibilities:
‎1. Prepare and submit periodical sales forecast and expected utilization of
vehicles to ensure availability of vehicles all the time to meet customer
demands.
‎2. Monitor actual sales and revenue to ensure the performance of the location
as per budget.
‎3. Ensure vehicles available for rent are cleaned, have valid registration,
insurance coverage, and number plates, and are in good condition with Al Sayer
stickers.
‎4. Ensure the vehicle regular service on the due date and be aware of the
next service date, Kilometers. Ensure the next service sticker is stuck
properly.
‎5. Verify that the documents submitted by customers in case of repairs,
accidents, breakdowns, etc... meet the documentation requirements ( Police
report, Copy of driving license,...) and co-ordinate with Insurance Companies
for recovery of claims and receive payments from customers for missing parts
and damages in case not covered by Insurance.
‎6. Follow up with Fleet Controller for the availability and delivery of
vehicles at all RAC locations and customers and ensure smooth delivery of
vehicles to customers.
‎7. Set a sales call plan on day to day basis and submit the monthly turnover
report to the Manager, RAC Sales for review and further action. Prepare Daily
Call Sheets, and monthly sales details and update service details on VMS.
‎8. Coordinate with the Customers and Sales Executives in order to obtain
orders and maintain up-to-date records and databases of existing and
prospective customers for business expansion.
‎9. Ensure vehicles are rented out in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the Rental agreement and in compliance with company policy and rates
offered are in line with RAC sales policy.
‎10. Ensure the return of the vehicle as per the Rental Agreement is followed
by the customers at the return date. Obtain the prior agreement of the return
location for extension of rentals and receive the appropriate deposit from the
customer.
‎11. Follow up with delayed or defaulted customers for outstanding payments
and transfer their cases to RAC Management for legal action.
‎12. Prepare Rental invoices with due dates of charge.
‎13. Prepare and submit quotations and care rental packages to prospects.
‎14. Ensure selected customers are in line with the customer qualifying
policy.
‎15. Beware of blacklisted customers and companies and inform the sales team.
‎16. Keep up to date on specifications, and availability of models within
Group Sales.
‎17. Ensure that RAC Agreements are stamped and signed prior to the delivery
of the vehicles.
‎18. Ensure that necessary deposits/ bank guarantees are received from the
customer prior to the delivery of the vehicles and ensure payments are
collected, and documents prepared, and sent to the accounts department.
‎19. Coordinate with the Sales Executive team to achieve maximum market share.
