Job Description:


Required for Jeddah, KSA
National Key Account Manager (Wholesale)
Report To: Sales & Marketing Director
Job Description / Responsibility:
o Manage, on KSA national level, IFS wholesale business
o Setting and achieving targets, forecasts and objectives
o Set and implement the wholesale Gross Trade margin (GTM)
o Manage, effectively and efficiently, the trade marketing budget allocated
for this channel, on a national level
o Responsible for increasing penetration and reach within the channel, and
improving customer service via improving logistics
o Identify customer specific category/brand opportunities and build plans and
strategies to exploit them and drive growth.
o Lead a team of wholesale executives on KSA national level and provide them
with ongoing coaching, focusing on their development needs.


Job Requirements:


Educational Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
Experience Requirements:
o At least ‎5 years of FMCG Sales Management experience; those having direct
experience of managing the wholesale channel will be given a strong preference
Additional Job Requirements:
o Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and communicate effectively
o Proven track record of success in sales environment, strong planning and
organizational skills
o Ability to create and implement business strategies that grow sales &
margins and manage key business metrics that will create competitive advantage
o Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive
timelines in a dynamic environment
o Result oriented, self-driven, a clear focus on high quality and business and
Strong negotiation
o High Customer orientation: recognition and credibility with the customer as
a trusted, collaborative and productive.
o Understands what it takes to win in the market place.
o High Financial Aptitude: possesses strong business acumen and numbers-driven
o Detail-oriented: holds others accountable for commitments.
