Currently, we are seeking for Key Account Manager in this role, the
successful candidate will:

Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through
ensuring customers satisfaction.
* Interface with customers to respond to questions, requirements and expectations.
* Has the primary duty to achieve personal target according to budget and to achieve high KPI score necessary for payout.
* Monitor the competition, obtain competitive information and share with other DHL stakeholders.
* Build rapport and credibility with management, sales and operations departments.
* Make sure he/she are very knowledgeable with product details.
* Support the company and products goals by:
* Develop key tools needed to support customer capture of new opportunities.
* Identify/develop Market new products & services.
* Maintain pro-active communication/relationship with colleagues and managers.
* Follow the sales team plans to expand the business needs were required
* Ensures implementation of Business Development opportunities within the country
Key Responsibilities
Key Tasks
* Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customers satisfaction.
* Interface with customers to respond to questions, requirements and expectations.
* Taking a big part on collection and payments procedures.
* Identify/Work/Close Key Target customers together with local TLM & Vertical Managers.
* Coordinate with internal sales colleagues to bring opportunities to deal closure.
* Maintain close cooperation with Operations & Products pricing team.
* Make sure he/she is actively selling all services under the umbrella of the organization.
* Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness
* Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team
Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
* Sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process and sales KPIs
* Confidence in presenting technical and marketing data to clients and colleagues.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of logistics business, services, practices and company policies and procedures.
* Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.
* General understanding and use of word processing, spreadsheets/databases, presentation software and internet.
* Minimum 5 years experiences in Logistic Industry and similar position.
