Objective:
he/she will be responsible in driving sales in strategic key accounts in Egypt
as well managing a team of 10 across Egypt, promoting Adult Nutrition in both
key accounts & private sector.
Core Job Responsibilities:
* Managing team of 10 across Egypt including coaching, development to drive sales of $3MM per year in Medical Nutrition
* Managing top 10 Key accounts across Egypt (UPA,Army & Police Hospitals)
* Tender Planning including discussions either technical or Financial
* Following-up team performance in terms of KPIs & Reports
* Establish & Grow Abbott Medical Nutrition Business in private sector
Education/Qualifications :
* Pharmacist/Vet. Graduate
* At least 3 years in Key Account management esp. dealing with governmental accounts
* Previous experience in Managing people is a plus
* Fully proficient in key account mapping & tender business in Egypt
