* Proven experience in Retail Merchandising (Planning, Trading&Buying, Category Management)

* Strong industry knowledge, across divisions of footwear, apparel, and accessories/equipment
* In depth understanding of local markets' consumers, accounts, and commercial needs
* Comfortable with working in an international environment
* Strong communication & presentation skills
* Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and to work under pressure
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
* Advanced Excel skills
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in Retail Merchandising field
* Sporting goods industry experience is a plus
* Experience with data and visualization techniques
* Passionate about deriving business insight from data, improving processes, and solving problems.
* Highly motivated, with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
