About the role


Co-ordinating end-to-end process of customer service operations starting from
the coordination with the businesses, the customer service team in BD
distribution center and supply chain to ensure proper and flawless delivery of
BD products to its distributors and fulfilling the tender requirements.
This role is also responsible for working in collaboration with regulatory,
quality, and technical service.


Main responsibilities will include:



  • Coordinate end-to-end process from order placement until cargo receipt (availability, shelf life, back orders, documents, payments).

  • Daily communication with the customers and distributors on orders statuses and other questions

  • Active daily cooperation with central order fulfillment team on orders placement, back orders, allocation/re-allocation, shipments, and other issues.

  • Ensure coordination among commercial and supply chain teams for effective planning of product deliveries to customers and distributors and reduce documentation errors and delays to avoid penalties.

  • Support of key shipments from several European warehouses directly to MENA countries (customers and distributors)

  • Inventory Planning and management of orders together with customer service team and ensuring timely delivery of orders and tender to meet revenue recognition.

  • Work with documentation, shipping documents check (prices, contracts, etc.)

  • Liaise with Finance, Supply, Customer Service to ensure maximal efficiency in back-office processes related to distributor excellence.

  • Providing the reports of order status to business managers on weekly basis and back-order status on monthly basis.

  • Communication with the forwarders.

  • Responsibility for shipments issues resolution at all stages.

  • High responsibility to inform all involved stakeholders and ensure all key orders are shipped out by the end of each month.

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are followed by distributors, inform distributors on cut off dates. Support implementation and streaming of the processes.


About you



  • Basic knowledge of commercial terms and logistics, related legislation (preferably pharmaceutical or medical device segment)

  • Advanced PC user: Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Result-oriented, & proactive.

  • Attentive to details and works under high pressure of tough deadlines and requests from distributors and internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal communication ability.

  • Must be a team player supporting businesses activities.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in changing environment.
