As Africa Communications Leader, you will e responsible for managing ‎360
communications for entire Africa.
As Africa Communications Leader, you will be responsible for:
* Leading communications strategy and execution of communication plans (internal, external, and commercial) for Baker Hughes across markets in Africa.
* Providing efficient communication execution with customers, business leaders, and the media.
* Aligning and integrate communication plans across organizations. Integrate marketing / customer communications to strengthen the Baker Hughes brand. Direct business-level communications activities in support of corporate strategies and initiatives
* Collaborating with business segment communications teams to drive a holistic Baker Hughes communications approach across initiatives
* Leading events and communications projects across Africa.
* Leading media relations across Bakr Hughes to leverage brand positioning in market.
* Promoting Baker Hughes success stories from Africa on internal and external platforms.
* Developing marcomm collateral to support Baker Hughes commercial activity in Africa
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* Minimum of ‎5 years of experience in Customer/Marketing Communications.
* Have fluency in English, French and Arabic.
* Have experience in ‎360 communications.
* Be able to multitask and lead complex project across the region.

* Have strong oral and written communication skills.
* Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
* Leading initiatives from start to finish.
* Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
* Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability
