Join Ecolab's IMEA HR team as Country HR Leader, North Africa in Cairo, Egypt
and help make the world cleaner, safer and healthier. We're growing and need

In this role, you will be responsible to provide leadership, operational and
strategic HR support to employees, managers, and business leaders in North
Africa. By assessing needs and implementing human resource programs and
policies aligned to the business strategy, you will be key in supporting
business growth. These responsibility areas include employee and labor
relations, workforce planning, talent assessment and development,
organization/team effectiveness, communication planning and deployment, change
management, system/process design, and legal compliance/risk management.
Additionally, you will be a key member of the IMEA HR Leadership team with an
opportunity to collaborate with HR colleagues across the region.

What You Will Do:
* Manage and implement policies and procedures relating to people & organizational development.
* Manage day to day HR operational activities including recruitment, payroll, HRIS, C&B, HR compliance and employee engagement
* Support the goal of establishing the human resources of the organization as a critical component in accomplishing business goals
* Provide forward thinking HR consultation and practices on strategic organizational and leadership development opportunities.
* Work effectively as a team member to support and implement processes for performance management, talent management and organizational development
* Facilitate communication between employees and managers and act as an impartial advocate for fair and equitable treatment
* Guide managers and employees on inquiries, concerns, needs, problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance
* Manages employee relations issues in collaboration with appropriate resources, including law, compensation and benefits
* Ensure integrity of Workday data and provide HR related data and reporting to leaders to promote data driven decision making and strategy development
* Provide expertise in strategy execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts
* Provide appropriate counsel and leadership on organization structure and design issues aligned to the functional strategy
* Liaise with management on performance and employee relations matters
* Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business or equivalent
* Minimum of ‎15 years of progressive HR management and leadership experience
* Significant experience in managing and developing people
* Experience working with global companies in a matrix environment in North Africa
* Proven employee relations / industrial relations experience working with unions
* Broad knowledge of North Africa labor laws, HR practices and procedures
* A team player, self-driven, hands-on with good interpersonal and strong analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent consultation, negotiation and leadership skills
* Ability to interact with all levels within and across the organization with experience influencing senior leadership
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
* Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies and implement solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA or Master in in human resources, industrial relations, business or equivalent
* Strong organizational, time and project management skills
* Previous experience within the areas of organization development and organization design
