Communication Manager (Middle East and Africa)

Who you are?
You enjoy all aspects of developing a company's global communication
activities with focus on digital channels. You have good understanding of
communications and what makes good business sense. You prefer to work in a
solution-oriented manner, developing strategies and plans and taking them into
action. You are self-driven, outgoing and a team player!
About the job
As part of a global team, you will be planning, executing, and implementing
region's marketing and communication activities based on the business and
marketing strategies.
The role is both strategic and operational, managing communication projects in
close cooperation with several stakeholders and team colleagues.
Your focus will be on developing communication activities for Middle East and
Africa Business of Alfa Laval.
External Communication
* Drive the Corporate PR to secure maximal impact.
* Drive implementation of corporate story and message on different platforms.
* Work on protecting AL Corporate identity and DNA
* Establish thought leadership for AL in the marketplace
Internal Communication
* Business Partnering for agreed stakeholders.
* Advise on and implement internal communication strategies.
* Advise on selected internal communication projects.
* Provide system expertise to optimize internal communication.
* Provide generic internal communications tools, applications, guidelines, training and recommendations for the entire organization. (Internal Communication)
Campaign & Communication
* Drive the Campaigns & Communication area within the Cluster.
* Lead and support Campaigns & Communication team within the Cluster.
* Responsible for providing the business a wholesome communication strategy
* Responsible for leading development, and ensuring consistency of brand-level marcom strategies
* Making sure clear prioritization takes place in the cluster and feedback is provided to central divisions

What you know
You are comfortable taking the lead on strategic and tactical marketing
communications. You have experience from digital communications and social
media channels, and from traditional activities such as trade PR and events.
You are fluent in English, and you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent
higher education in Marketing and Communications plus several years'
experience. You have experience from an international B2B company or a B2B
communication agency.
