Job Description
The scope of the role includes the following
* Checks that all safety tools and instructions are totally implemented in sites
* Check sales targets achievements
* Supervises procedures implementation.
* Proceed with site inspection list in weekly visits
* Provide data for the sites he/she responsible for
* Checks Daily site's daily reports
* Handle customer's complaints
* Manage the staff trainings, meetings, hiring, etc.
* Handle staff site managers and their assistant's holidays after the approval of his direct manager
* Good awareness to the market and competitor's news and additions
* See to proper implementation of all activities available in sites Services, Bonjour, Lubricants commercial programming: communication tools, highlighting products, promotions, etc.
* Coordinates training for the staff: coordinate and plan the monitoring of the training programs and identification of the needs.
* Always insure cash deposits accurately recorded on system
* Monthly cash audit and stock control for fuel & lubes or when needed.
* Quarterly stock control for COCO & YD shops - counting all the products in all categories.
* Cross functionality with all involved department (Finance, Customer service, Human Recourses, HSEQ, Maintenance, Lubricants, Total card, Retail Marketing & back office)
* Revise statement of accounts
* Evaluate staff performance and take the actions
* Optimize the management of the lubricant's stocks (avoiding excess inventory and shortages).
* Train the operators comply with the HSEQ rules and regulations (Top Service, safety, Tom card, stations procedures manual etc.).
* Propose and implement the action plans required for optimizing results.
* Achieve the maximum control for stocks and stores
* Random visits in different times with reports
* Apply golden rules
* Communicate all new instructions to sites and check its implementation
* Insure the proper implantation for all Bonjour activities
* Monthly check and control gain & losses for stocks of available activities + f&b
* Apply the maximum level of hygiene with full audit
* Proceed with shop inspection list in weekly visits
* P&L analyzer
* Evaluate staff performance and take the actions
* Insure no expired products on shelves
* Full shop Stock intake every 3 months or when needed for all shop items/product
* Handle waste after reporting it to direct manager
* Check system performance
* Handle operational tools required for all sites activities operations
* Check monthly expenses
* Achieve targets set monthly
* Ensure the well management and communication with the staff he manage
* 2 times appraisal for the direct reporting team
* Participates in procedures updates
* Prepare / handle for YD operation
* Perform monthly financial situation
* Assure the implementation of all operated network procedures
* Monitor YD P&L
* Help the YD to start his own company
* Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program
* Implement the required process of due diligences within my area of responsibilities
* Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values.
* Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules
* Confronted with few risks when carrying out one's activity
* Has a basic knowledge of HSE
Candidate profile
* Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience
* Strong business sense and industry expertise
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
* Ability to analyze and solve problems.
* Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
* Ability to make evaluative judgments.
* Knowledge of cost analysis techniques.
* Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling,
* Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)
