Obtains residency permits, visas and other related documents from Saudi Arabia
Passport Administration as required.
1. Obtains approved application for any required processing (Iqama, visas,
etc...). This entails staying at the Passport Administration from the time the
application is submitted until the concerned process is completed and document
is returned.
2. Ensures that all forms for residency permits, visas or other related
matters are properly completed. Collects any fees required for such
processing.
3. Ensures that visas and Iqamas are checked, and registration is correctly
completed in Passport Administration computer.
4. Ensures validity of visas required for employees/dependents to comply with
Hospital regulations.
5. Ensures that passports and Iqatnas are properly stored and secured. Has
full responsibility for employees' and dependents' Passport/Iqamas taken to
Riyadh Passport Administration for all required transactions.
6. Provides Embassy services for employees/dependents wishing to renew or
extend their passports or wishing to visit other countries.
7. Maintains effective public relations with all concerned parties. Maintains
rapport with government offices to facilitate hospital business.
8. Follows all Hospital related Policies and Procedures.
9. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as
applicable.
Bachelor 's Degree, or Diploma in Hospital Administration or High School
education is required.
One (1) year of related experience with Bachelor 's Degree, or three (3) years
with Diploma,or five (5) years with High School education is required.
