About the job
Purpose:
* Ensure achievement of sales objectives, deliver and promote key messages about SANOFI 's products to Customers through reaching them on the right channel, with the right message, at the right time to achieve overall business objective within defined territory. _
* _Implementing the company 's strategy, policies and demonstrating broaden Play to Win mindset within teams. _
Main responsibilities:
Deliver SANOFI results by achieving sales & IMS target as per SANOFI
business plan:

* _Achieve sales target in private sectors and hospitals, ensuring consistent achievement per quarter.

* Ensure IMS growth in retail.
* Follow up territorial sales forecasts on monthly basis.
* Continuously assess the market to expand access in new channels and identify new customers through regular updated list.
* Participate in and implement territory planning through Targeting and Segmentation in defined territory to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacies.
Support and Promote company 's products value and image:
* Deliver the product message given from marketing team and implement the product strategy. Effectively apply knowledge and skills into day to day professional promotion activities.
* Differentiate value of SANOFI brands against competitors by understanding customer 's medical diagnosis and submitting reports and utilizing digital tools as required by the company in a timely manner. _
* _Regularly conduct qualitative customer feedback, competitors ' activities, ongoing market trends and product's performance reports. _
* _Improve collaboration across teams /functions to develop valuable partnership with other lines/BUs to properly optimize resources and execute different brand initiatives and support new launches.

* Maintain good relationship with KOLs to ensure their loyalty and their support to company 's business. _
Develop Customer insight Strategy and planning:
* _Identify & prioritize customers in his relevant area with updated information _
* _Customer activity plan personalized based on customer insights, including face to face POA and Tactical Plan

* Contribute to profiling the customers on two dimensions:
* Qualitative insights (needs, behaviors, attitude, potentiality …) _
* _Channel preference (data collection & clustering) _
* _Support medical team in updating expert 's CV per semester. _
* _Plan/anticipate the evolution in the customer adoption ladder for top customers.

* Achieve required KPI 's as per BOS guidelines (C/D, Total calls, CPA, Adoption rate, daily MI recordings). _
Develop Sanofi Reputation & Equity
* _Ensure that all activities undertaken fully comply with the company 's policies and code of ethics. _
* _Promotes the importance of compliant Behaviors.

* Frequently communicating the plan of activities with the compliance champion.
Facilitate & Sustain access of Sanofi Products
* Expand SANOFI business with all lines & functions. _
* _Anticipate future changes, risks & opportunities affecting Sanofi's position & communicate them across teams. _
* _Collaboration with line & functions e.g.: PHI/NHI to expand own business _
* _Seek/expand new opportunity/new channels for the portfolio.

* Challenge status quo (re-enlisting/other solutions).
Develop People, unleash the full potential of his team underlying values

* Inspire others for personal development.
* Proactively develops newcomers & PMR to master their current business role by expanding industry knowledge and competitive intelligence within them and conducting role plays during initial trainings, refreshment sessions, follow up quizzes, and regularly update competitor's data. _
* _Takes initiative & leverages network, academics, digital or innovate ways outside of own area to create learning opportunities. _
* _Create networks outside of own team.

Develop value of Partnership Beyond the product
* Endorse & advocate the value MCE activities through effective management of all channels for reaching key customers and ensuring utilization of MCE strategies. _
* _Making use of all available resources to expand partnership with customers while complying the company 's policies and code of ethics. _
* _Promote Sanofi local & global directions e.g.: new launches, CSR activities, Sanofi solutions providing the customer more value beyond our products. _
* _Fully understand different related functions' role

* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.
About you
Experience : ‎1-‎2 years ' experience in pharma industry _

Languages: English & Arabic full professional proficiency
Education : _University Graduate with a Medical background.
