About the Role:
The Senior Call Centre Representative will be responsible to handle inbound
and outbound calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and
questions, handle complaints, and provide information as well as promote
proper usage of All Almarai products, infant formulas and baby food products
to Health-Care Professionals and consumers.
Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Diploma in relevant stream (business, sales, nutrition, etc.
2-3 years of experience.
Demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach to investigation, negotiation,
and counselling by telephone.
Customer service skills. Able to persuade people.
Assertiveness.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good numerate and analytical.
