As Customer Delivery Manager at Saudi, you will be in charge of the delivery
process within MEA NI RBC for all aspects related to contracts execution
(including HW, SW and Services) on assigned scope with large business volume,
high complexity and/or geographical distribution.
He will take the ownership for Delivery execution, put in place the right
strategy and governance to insure customer intimacy & Quality of Deliverables
Acts as a business enabler during project execution and as the single Nokia
interface for the customer and all project stakeholders for the contract.

As part of our team, you will:



  • Be in charge of the delivery process within NI MEA RBC for all aspects related to contracts execution (including HW, SW and Services) on assigned scope with medium/large business volume and/or medium/high complexity.

  • Responsible for Nokia project Delivery for all aspects related to contracts execution (including HW, SW and Services) in the assigned scope (single-BG and multi-BG projects), also responsible for multi-BG project Delivery when acting as Lead BG. Primary contact within Nokia for BG specific planning and execution, BG resource allocation, BG prioritization and BG escalation topics for all phases of Execute process. Anticipates BG and Delivery risks and evaluates related financial and Customer satisfaction impacts. Looks for new opportunities to expand and renew BG contracts with the Customer. Supports One Customer Delivery Manager about BG delivery and acts as main interface between One Customer Delivery Manager and BG organization, providing transparency on project execution, forecasts, costs, resourcing, schedules etc. Aligns and communicates BG deliveries with One Customer Delivery Manager on a regular basis to monitor projects status risks and potential issues that may impact the Customer/CT/CBT according to established BG project Governance

  • Operational Customer Interface for NI project execution in mono-BG and multi-BG customer contracts. Manages Customer relationship and Customer satisfaction (OESi/OES) for assigned BG scope in services, delivery and performance areas.

  • Responsible for BG financials and responsible for aggregating multi-BG project financials if he/she is in the Lead BG. Accountable for Project financials covering revenue, sales margin, cost and cash collection (HW, SW and Services) for BG in CT/CBT deliveries. Responsible for aggregating multi-BG Project financials, if he/she is in the Lead BG.

  • Responsible for BG performance and project execution governance. Leads BG delivery reviews and related governance. Accountable for BG E2E planning, and operational performance. Approves project handover from CO. In the x-BG portfolio Governance context, BG Delivery Manager is expected to regularly align with One CDM on project related issues and updates, ensuring project transparency, making use of the established BG Governance processes. Responsible for BG projects execution financial and operational KPIs. Drives for continuous efficiency improvement in terms of cost adherence and cash flow to optimize BG projects operational performance.

  • Managing delivery resourcing in his/her BG

  • Acts as escalation point in the BG. Ensures services execution comply with quality and health/safety requirements. Ensures efficient claim management in BG delivery.

  • Ensures BG contract execution is based on Nokia Project Management methodology and applicable BG guidelines and processes.


Your skills and experience


You have:
* Past Proven Experience as Responsible of complex projects: multi-BGs, multi-techno
* Proven Knowledge and strong understanding of Project Management Tools and Methodology
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to communicate with customers' exec level (CxOs)
* Leadership skills & Business Acumen
* PMP certified
* English level: Fluent
* Based in current location with possible travels in Middle East as per the Business needs.

  • Advanced level expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
