Job Description



  • Implement department strategy to achieve the IT station's goal

  • Perform tasks related to new IT system implementations on-site

  • Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.

  • Set up workstations for new employees (software/hardware)

  • Setup and manage local scanners and Printers

  • Support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on

  • Workstations/Laptops ensure the latest software updates deployment.

  • Handle GCS and resolve cases daily

  • Maintain annual inventory of all IT-related assets (hardware and software)

  • Follow up with internet and telecom providers

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives

  • Self-development and skill improvement

  • Achieve set annual KPIs and develop oneself on skill gaps

  • Continuously support and address all country employee's IT issues

  • Resolve all employee Help desks within the time frame

  • Adhere to company compliance corporate policies


Job Requirements:



  • Faculty of Engineering / Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.

  • ‎0-‎1 year experience in the same field

  • Preferred MCSE And CCNA.

  • Network and Systems troubleshooting experience is a must.

  • Flexible with rotational shifts and locations.
