Job Description:
* Provide HelpDesk support to achieve the agreed department goals.
* Support users in usingcomputer equipment by providing necessary trainingand advice.
* Set up new useraccounts and required programs.
* Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
* Answer inquiries and resolvesoftware or hardware problems.
* Procurementcoordination with the suppliers.
* Coordination with the finance team to ensure timely payment for suppliers.
* Active Directory, DNS, DCHP, Sophos firewall endpoint, VMware.
* IT awareness contentincluding video tips, emails, or any communication channel.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or any equivalent degree is a must.
* CCNA, MCSA, MCSE is a plus.
* 2 - 3 years of experience in the similar field.
