Job Description



  • University degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field or previous experience in a technical support role.

  • ‎1-‎3 years of experience working in IT support according to ITIL approach.

  • Provide day-to-day computer systems, hardware, Printers, and server support to all users in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Ensure service type, timing, and quality levels are in line with agreed SLAs.

  • Log all incidents accurately and troubleshoot IT-related problems to aid the business in improving IT systems, processes, and services for the future

  • Support & Maintain Domain controller, DHCP, and DNS servers is a plus.

  • Support & Maintain office ‎365 users.

  • Be Aware of network devices (Switches, Routers), cables, access points., and VPN

  • Experience with antivirus desktop security products, and common support tools and applications.
