ت فاصيل المهام الأساسية ***ل وظيفة أ دمن ب قسم ا لفاسيليتي
* إجادة التعامل مع برامج الاوفيس (وورد و اكسيل و باور بوينت).
* كتابة خطابات (إيميل) و إجادة التواصل مع العملاء بكونه مقدم خدمه.
* متابعة إنجاز فرق الفاسيليتي من حيث المهام, و عمل تقارير الاداء.
* تنفيذ الأعمال الإدارية و ادخال البيانات, و استحداث جداول التسليم و التسلم.
* المحافظة على ارشيف القسم وتكويدها و عمل حصر بكل المستندات و الأوراق الهامة للقسم.
* متابعة مخزون القسم و التبليغ بنقص وجود عناصر قبل انعدامها.
* و التواصل مع اعضاء الفريق بخصوص ترتيب جداول العمل و تنسيقها مع مهندس القسم طبقاً للشيفتات.
* متابعة الاستلامات مع المخزن و عند وصولها حتى اضافتها لل SAP .
* تجهيز خطط ما قبل العمل للاعمال التي يقوم بها باقي اعضاء الفريق.
* الالتزام بتوزيع جداول الصيانة الدورية طبقا" لجدول الماكسيمو و متابعتها و تحديثها على التطبيق.
* اجتياز تقييم الاسكور كارد بقسم السلامة كل شهر.
* متابعة الايميل باستمرار للتجاوب مع اي عطل او مشكلة ترسل عن طريق اي بلاغ والرد عليها بعد اتخاذ الاجراء الصحيح .
* تحديث ال WPO* و التأكد من التزام القسم به.
* عمل جولات مع المقاولين لتنسيق العمل بتوجيه مهندس القسم.
* متابعة وغلق و الرد علي تقارير عدم المطابقة ( NCR ) الخاصة بقسم السلامة و علي ملاحظات السلامة الخاصة بالعاملين علي مستوي المصنع .
* بالاضافة الي دور الاداري في تهيئة وترتيب لأعضاء الفريق وأيضا تجهيز الخامات المطلوبة ومتابعتها وأحيانا الخروج للسوق المحلي بصفة متكررة لشرائها.
* وكذلك إنشاء نماذج تعليمات العمل لجميع معدات القسم ثم طباعتها ثم توقيعها ثم تغليفها انتهاءا" بتعليقها في المكان - كل النماذج والجداول الخاصة بأي شئ في القسم بالكامل تقريبا" وكذلك اي ملفات يحتاجها المشرف اثناء عمله .**
