ت فاصيل المهام الأساسية ***ل وظيفة ف ني ص يانة ب قسم ا
لفاسيليتي ب درجة قائد فريق " ت يم ل يدر" .
* التكفل بصيانة وتصنيع اي أعمال خاصة بجميع ابواب المصنع ( أ بواب ح صيرة رئيسي + ابواب جرارة بمداخل الشركة + أبواب طوارئ + أبواب الالوميتال + أبواب زجاجية + أبواب مكتب خشبي ) .
* اعمال الصيانة الدورية والاصلاح والتركيب المستمر لجيمع الهاندريل والمصدات علي مستوي المصنع .
* اعمال التصنيع و الصيانة المستمرة لحاويات تفريغ مخلفات الخطوط الانتاجية .
* اجراء اعمال صيانة وتدعيم مستمرة لمعظم المعدات المتنقلة ( كلاركات + تاجرات + جرارات ) .
* متابعة وصيانة عدد سلالم رئيسي و بحاري في المصنع .
* تصنيع و صيانة المشايات العلوية المعلقة لخدمات التكييفات .
* تصنيع بعض التجهيزات المساعدة لتسهيل اعمال الكهرباء والسباكة والتكييفات و المرايات (تحاميل,استاندات,ترابيزات تواصل ) .
* متابعة وصيانة وحدات رفع هيدروليك لتفريغ الحاويات .
* تركيب و تصليح جميع مكاتب المبني الاداري والمصنع ( تعليق بوردات , صيانة مكاتب , شانون , كراسي ,,,,, إلخ ) .
* الالتزام بالصيانة الدورية طبقا" لجدول الماكسيمو .
* اجتياز تقييم الاسكور كارد بقسم السلامة كل شهر.
* متابعة الايميل باستمرار للتجاوب مع اي عطل او مشكلة ترسل عن طريق اي بلاغ والرد عليها بعد اتخاذ الاجراء الصحيح .
* متابعة وغلق و الرد علي تقارير عدم المطابقة ( NCR ) الخاصة بقسم السلامة و علي ملاحظات السلامة الخاصة بالعاملين علي مستوي المصنع .
* بالاضافة الي دور الاداري في تهيئة وترتيب لأعضاء الفريق وأيضا تجهيز الخامات المطلوبة ومتابعتها وأحيانا الخروج للسوق المحلي بصفة متكررة لشرائها.
* أعمال الإدارية والتي تتطلب استخدام برامج مثل برامج الاوفيس و خاصة الاكسل.
