Today, we are recruiting for Site Office Administrator position to Join
our Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals

What are my responsibilities?
* Set up and maintain the site office, ensuring it is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and resources.
* Manage office schedules, including staff rotations, breaks, and visitor appointments.
* Oversee the office layout and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
* Act as a liaison between the site team, project managers, and the main office.
* Facilitate effective communication by relaying messages, phone calls, and emails to relevant parties.
* Assist in organizing site meetings, including preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes.
* Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and files.
* Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting reports, memos, and other project-related documents.
* Handle document distribution and ensure information is shared with the appropriate team members.
* Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed on the construction site.
* Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure a safe working area.
* Coordinate site deliveries and shipments of materials and equipment.
* Manage inventory and track the usage of site supplies.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, additional certifications in office administration or project management are a plus.
* Experience in office administration, preferably in a construction or project-based setting.
* Ability to work on the Project Mobilization Sites of the High-Speed Rail Project in Egypt and willingness to travel and work from various sites
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse administrative tasks.
* Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Fluency in English language both written and spoken is a must.
