Job Summary:
Sell Cleaning Equipment brands in order to achieve sales targets and customer
satisfaction index.
Responsibilities:
1. Visit and receive customers on sales floor, and determine make, type,
quality and specifications of cleaning equipment desired.
2. Explain features of the cleaning machine at site or in showroom and
demonstrate operation of machines.
3. Document and report customers' feedback to management; prepare and submit
sales reports.
4. Implement marketing/sales plan as per the sales targets.
5. Participate in the product promotion campaigns.
6. Coordinate with product and inventory staff in order to ensure streamlined
and uninterrupted availability of products to meet customer demand.
7. Arrange display of products in the showroom to maximize sales and customer
satisfaction.
8. Create key accounts and tap potential customers from cleaning contractors,
hospitality sector such as hotels and ministries to maximize the market
penetration.
9. Coordinate with the principals on the technical aspects of the products.
10. Maintain prospective customer database, develop, and maintain
relationships with customers and sales contacts.
11. Attend and resolve customer complaints.
12. Prepare customer itinerary for the visits of representatives as and when
required.
13. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to Assistant Manager, Cleaning
Equipment Sales.
