Fleet Sales Executive sells automotive vehicles to businesses in order to
achieve the sales targets and customer satisfaction index.
Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to the Toyota sales process 100% with every prospect or customer.
2. Achieve assigned sales target and KPIs by ensuring an agreed mix of
vehicle models and types.
3. Compile list of prospective customers in order to be used as sales leads,
based on information from newspapers, requests for proposals, industry ads,
trade shows, internet web sites, business directories, personal contacts,
customer's database, etc.; Convert prospects to customers.
4. Visit and receive customers to stimulate interest in establishing or
expanding vehicle sales, explain features to customers, determine make, type,
quality and quantity of vehicles desired; convert prospects to buyers.
5. Keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits
offered by dealership's range of cars and commercial vehicles.
6. Cross sell optional equipment and accessories to customers.
7. Compute sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee,
discounts, and requirements for financing payments on credit.
8. Prepare quotations and sales contracts, and coordinate delivery of
vehicles to customers.
9. Ensure efficient vehicle reservation management in order to maintain
consistent business flow.
10. Maintain prospective customer database and develop and maintain
relationships with customers and sales contacts and attend to and resolve
customer complaints.
11. Coordinate with the Service department to identify vehicles of fleet
owners which are due for change and replacement.
12. Prepare reports on business transactions, customer feedback, market
conditions and competition and submit to management.
13. Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures relating
to the purchase, registration, insurance and payment of vehicles by customers.
