JOB DESCRIPTION
* Managingvoverall maintenance of the showroom, product listing, record keeping of the documents, record updates and account audits
* Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
* Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
* Promoting the organization and products
* Prepares proposals and sales contracts
* Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local home furnishings market (e.g. customers, trends and competition)
* Provide customers with a unique shopping experience
* Establishing and maintaining good customer relations
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s Degree
* At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role. Previous experience in the retail industry is a major plus
* Fluency in English
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Able to utilize Social Media such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
* Able to quickly learn and adapt to localized computer programs
* Must have excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
* Experience in customer relationship management
* Knowledge in managing website and Graphic Design is an advantage
* Transferable VISA (Article 18)
