Hiring a Customer service supervisor for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
* Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
* Respond to customer service issues on time.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them
on a steady basis.
* Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
* Hire and train new customer service agents.
Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
* Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
* Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree holder.
* Four to five years of proven experience as Customer service department.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
