Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate customer support teams.

* Cross functional collaboration to resolve issues.

* Conduct periodic reviews and performance evaluations of team members.
* Improve individual agent/team level performance - SLA, Average Handle Time, Average Response Time, Number of calls/chats/tickets handled.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Four years experience as customer service supervisor.
* Excellent computer knowledge.
* High degree of professionalism and integrity.
* Excellent oral and written communication, sales, and customer service skills.
