Responsibilities: The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring
all tourists enjoy a positive and memorable experience throughout their stay
in UAE by:
* Liasing with guests from the assigned Source Markets
* Preparing Welcome Folders and ensuring its completeness and correctness
* Meet, Greet, and Assist tourists upon arrival at the Airport
* Provides Hotel Check-in Assistance as necessary
* Meeting the tourists at their hotels and resolves any issues they may have
* Selling excursions and tours
* Liasing with agency partners when required to assure them that the guests are being taken care
* Facilitating the tours for groups, FITs, SIC, etc
Educational Background : Bachelor/ Graduation Degree in Travel & Tourism,
or related field
Work Experience : No UAE Experience required.
